The “Component-Equipment-System” Layered Control Method for Park-level Integrated Energy Systems

The integrated energy system in industrial parks integrates multiple forms of energy and its scheduling strategies continuously change based on the surrounding environment, resource conditions, facility capabilities, and user energy consumption patterns. Current research on integrated energy systems in industrial parks designs corresponding scheduling strategies based on optimization requirements for different scenarios but often neglects the automation and coordinated control of underlying equipment components. This paper primarily explores the collaborative operation mechanisms of various devices within the integrated energy system of industrial parks. By introducing a layered control structure model, the park-level integrated energy system is divided into three levels: component, equipment, and system. This refinement of scheduling strategies is executed at the granularity of specific equipment actions, and through information distribution and feedback between these levels, it guides the automated operation of the integrated energy system in industrial parks, ensuring hierarchical strategy formulation and execution, ultimately enhancing system efficiency.
