Data-driven Fault Diagnosis of a Certain System’s Transmission Mechanism

This paper addresses the issue of fault diagnosis in a certain system’s transmission mechanism. Vibration sensors and Hall sensors are used to monitor the system’s operation process. Multiple operating conditions are employed to collect signals of different fault types in gears. Based on feature extraction, time-frequency domain data processing, and other methods, a fault diagnosis algorithm for the transmission mechanism of the system is proposed, enabling the diagnosis and identification of faults in the system’s transmission mechanism.
