AI Based Personal Yoga Assistant

If there is anything we have taken from the pandemic, it is the fact that health is of utmost importance.. To prioritise this, we have created an online web application that acts as a personal virtual yoga assistant, an improved and alternative for those who have had to opt for disconnected yoga classes. It is a fitness application developed for people who want to focus on their health by choosing options like yoga but are unable to pay the exorbitant costs. What sets this research apart from its previous counterparts is the fact that it operates in real-time. Users, with the help of a voice assistant, get instant feedback on whether or not their asanas are correct, and suggestions for how to achieve the right poses. Our primary aim with this study is to help people improve their overall health and deal with medical conditions such as migraines by making an activity such as yoga easily accessible, regardless of their financial situation. We seek to contribute to the growing body of research that demonstrates the effectiveness of yoga. Overall, the paper will give readers a thorough understanding of the efficiency of online yoga classes, aiming to empower individuals in their journey towards well-being.
