Low-carbon Optimal Dispatch of IES based on Carbon Responsibility Sharing

In response to the difficulty of effectively stimulating load-side carbon reduction in traditional integrated energy systems, a low-carbon economic optimization dispatch model of the integrated energy systems is proposed with the synergistic effect of carbon responsibility sharing and demand response. The upper layer introduces the carbon emission penalty factor to optimize the combined output of the units to minimize the cost of power generation and carbon emission penalty cost, and at the same time, the direct carbon emissions from the power generation side are attributed to the carbon emission driver side based on the carbon flow theory; the lower layer uses the Shapley method to apportion the carbon responsibility to the load side and formulate the differential stepped carbon price, to guide the load-side demand response with the carbon price and the electricity price. The results of the simulation in the integrated energy systems show that the proposed model can ensure the economic output of the source load and reduce the carbon emission of the system.
