A comprehensive evaluation method for multi-scenario peak-shaving response capability of virtual power plant considering dynamic weighting

Aiming at the current virtual power plant peaking response capacity evaluation indicators system is not perfect, ignoring the weight change of different scenarios, a comprehensive evaluation method for multi-scenario peak response capability of virtual power plant considering dynamic empowerment is proposed. Firstly, according to the practical application, a comprehensive evaluation indicators system of virtual power plant peak response capability is constructed from four dimensions of peak-shaving dynamic performance indicators, peak-shaving static performance indicators, control methods evaluation indicators and execution effectiveness evaluation indicators. Then, according to the peak response ability under different scenarios, the correction method of evaluation indicators weights based on dynamic assignment is proposed. Finally, the validity of the evaluation method is verified by case analysis.
