Critical Success Factors of Digital Transformation: A Systematic Literature Review

This paper aims to identify the critical success factors of digital transformation, which is the process of using digital technologies to change how businesses operate and deliver value. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA methodology with 31 relevant-papers published from 2014 to 2024 and the papers based on four dimensions: leadership, organizational culture, technology infrastructure, and customer focus. Then the common success factors were synthesized under each dimension provides an analysis of the current state of digital transformation. The paper contributes to the body of knowledge by providing a clear and coherent framework for understanding and implementing digital transformation strategies. It also suggests future research directions and implications for practitioners.
