Experienced developers rely on their knowledge, but decision-making can be challenging for others, leading to potential mismatches between selected libraries and project requirements. To address this, an Artificial I ntelligence (AI) approach is proposed, leveraging technologies like Topic Modeling and Knowledge Graph to provide intelligent library rec-ommendations based on user-project ideas. The approach aims to empower developers with data-driven selections, serving as a supportive partner in the software development journey. The evaluation of the AI approach, based on criteria encompassing user satisfaction, accuracy, recommendation comprehensiveness, and alignment with project requirements, serves as a pivotal step in understanding its real-world impact.
