Because the evolution of modern-day industry has resulted in various challenges in different sectors of organizations, a substantial Employee Profiling Management System that is also responsive to the needs of the university can be significant. The main purpose of developing an effective Employee Profiling Management System is to be equipped with modern technology that improves performance and productivity while also achieving paperless management in the university. Catanduanes State University Employee Profiling Management System Implementing Knuth-Morris-Pratt Search String Algorithm (CSU-EPMS) is a web-based tool that will assists the Human Resources Management Services with employee profile management by providing full employee data management capabilities and integrated directory services. The application was developed with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), a well-liked scripting language that is particularly well-suited for online development. Other powerful tools was also used in developing the system both for front and back end. The Knuth-Morris-Pratt (KMP) search string algorithm was also used in the development to help the searching process faster and easier. The system developed is very user friendly and will be of great help in the university. This approach removes the drawbacks of the present traditional management system, which is time-consuming and complicated.
