Algorithms and Software Tools for Evaluating the Design Process of Electronic Components and their Technology for Compliance with the Requirements of IECQ 080000

The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the design of an upcoming study, including: the overall project strategy for answering the research questions; the theories and models used in the project; the research questions of the project; the strategy for collecting data and information; and the strategy for answering the research questions through data analysis. Area of study: activities, to evaluate research and development (R&D; R&D - Research and Development) of electronic components and their technologies. Subject of the study: controllable and noise factors of the R&D evaluation process, in the case of the use of hazardous substances in designed electronic components. The study applies the approach developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission, published in the IECQ 080000 series of standards, which sets out the requirements for the Hazardous Substance Process Management System Requirements (HSPM - Hazardous Substance Process Management System Requirements). The technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union «On Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Products of Electrical Engineering and Radioelectronics» (TR EAEU 037/2016) is under discussion.
