Research on Power System Transformation and Control Technology Based on New Power Electronic Devices

As we enter the new era, power system transformation and control technology have entered a high-quality development stage. We are committed to the idea of a power system with power electronic devices as the core, and we propose power system transformation and control to meet the needs of power systems for power quality and stability. Based on the test platform of SiC MOSFET and the fuzzy PID method, we construct the theoretical analysis framework of power system transformation and control according to the internal logic of power system transformation and control and explain the power system development mechanism generated by the power system transformation mechanism and control mechanism with the participation of SiC MOSFET and fuzzy PID. In addition, efforts have been made to explore the possibility of moving towards high-quality development goals from the structural characteristics and experimental results of power systems. The purpose of power system transformation and control is to improve power quality and stability that meet the expected standards for power systems and to continuously improve the level of power system transformation and control, improving user satisfaction. Therefore, we take a series of measures, including enhancing current and temperature control based on the structural characteristics of SiC MOSFETs, building interaction and feedback between SiC MOSFET and fuzzy PID, and establishing the evaluation system of SiC MOSFET and fuzzy PID to promote the development of power system and meet energy demand.
