Research on Calibration Technology of Spacecraft Thermal Vacuum Environment Test Equipment

For calibration of spacecraft thermal vacuum environment test equipment, online vacuity measurement and temperature measurement under vacuum environment was researched. The calibration device composed of multi-channel temperature detectors, vacuum gauges and vacuum data acquisition system was introduced. The multi-layer thermal protection box for multi-channel temperature detectors with insulation layer and heat absorbing layer was designed through thermal conductivity analysis. The thermal protection of multi-channel temperature detectors at high and low temperatures and the signal transmission problem can be solved. The resistance signal of temperatures sensors can be quickly transmitted. The measurement uncertainty of the calibration device was analyzed.
