By aligning their eating habits with natural circadian rhythms and adopting effective strategies, individuals can potentially reduce the risk of obesity related issues and improve their overall health. Chrononutrition is an advanced area of research that examines the connection between the timing of food consumption and our bodies’ circadian rhythms. It has implications for overall health, including the BMI (body mass index) regulation.
