A model of assessment and intervention strategies based on SLEH

To address the assessment and intervention problems of multidimensional indicators, we established a light pollution risk assessment system (SLEH) to develop effective intervention strategies. Through the combined use of hierarchical analysis (AHP), entropy weighting method (EWM), and coefficient of variation method (CVM), we constructed a multidimensional SLEH model containing various indicators. This SLEH model has been applied to different types of sites and provides guidance for developing appropriate intervention strategies. In addition, we have proposed three intervention strategies and developed integer programming models and time series models. These tools have enabled us to identify the most appropriate intervention strategies and to use real data to predict the effects of interventions at different sites.
