Micro-Decomposition Spectrum and Parameter Identification Based on Depolarization Current Curve

In this paper, the quadratic time-domain differentiation of depolarization current curve is carried out, and the number of relaxation response mechanisms of depolarization current can be judged by the number of peak points of the quadratic time-domain differential spectral line. By taking any two points at the end of the differential curve and solving the spectrum layer by layer, the parameters of each sub-spectral line and the number of sub-spectral lines can be obtained, and the parameters of each polarization branch of the corresponding extended Debye equivalent circuit model can be further obtained. At the same time, the number of polarization branches of the extended Debye equivalent circuit model can be determined by the number of sub-spectral lines. The accuracy of the terminal two-point method to solve the spectral polarization curve and identify the polarization branch parameters is verified by an example. The end two-point method in solving the sub-spectral line parameters also have some shortcomings, such as large calculation amount and relatively complicated calculation process.
