Dynamic Numerical Simulation of Cockpit Temperature in Aircraft Environmental Control System

The thermal comfort of the aircraft environmental control cabin is one of important factors that affect the work efficiency of pilots and passenger comfort, and also the key to ensuring the normal operation of electronic equipment. This article establishes a simulation model for cabin temperature control in MATLAB/Simulink environment, and compares the control effect with the performance test reports of refrigeration components in various typical states of a certain advanced trainer. The results show that the average absolute error MAD is less than 9.8% when the calculation results of each component in the simulation system are analyzed with the test data. The temperature dynamic simulation results under different working conditions are in good agreement with the test data.
