Analysis of Airborne System Integration Test Engineering Technology Based on System Simulation

As one of the key technologies used in aviation manufacturing, the system integration test is closely related to the safe operation of airborne systems. Due to the limitations in airborne equipment technology, aviation manufacturers mainly rely on special simulation equipment to create an integrated test environment. This approach has not been able to satisfy the requirements for rapid upgrading and promotion of aircraft development in terms of construction cost, efficiency of use, and adaptability. To address these issues, the developments and trends in aircraft system integration tests are analyzed, the basic elements of model-based system engineering (MBSE) and joint simulation technology are introduced, and evaluation methods and principles for analyzing the simulation results are provided. By combining the simulation with an actual system integration test, application scenarios and other features for simulated integration tests at the aircraft manufacturing stage are puts forward. Finally, a number of application prospects are suggested.
