Crosstalk Impact on CMOS Low Noise Amplifiers from RF to millimeter Wave

This work addresses crosstalk effects on three low noise amplifiers (LNAs) operating at different frequency bands, the S-band (2.4 GHz), the Ka-band (28 GHz), and the V-band (56 GHz). The LNAs were implemented using a 22nm FDSOI process and were extracted both as stand-alone circuits and considering operation onto the same die.
