Research on Ferromagnetic Resonance of Photovoltaic Intervention Power System

With the increasing proportion of new energy power generation in the power system, the dynamic characteristics of the power system have undergone tremendous changes. The interaction of diverse equipment at multiple time scales has gradually highlighted the problem of broadband oscillation in the power system. Photovoltaic power generation is one of the main forms of new energy generation. The harmonics generated by its grid-connected operation can cause ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage under certain conditions. In response to this problem, this paper first establishes the relationship between photovoltaic harmonics and the magnetic linkage of electromagnetic voltage transformers from a simplified equivalent circuit of photovoltaic power generation connected to the distribution network; and then uses Matlab/Simulink to simulate different types of ferromagnetic resonance excited by a single-phase ground fault, and the simulation results were numerically analyzed. The results show that when the distribution system parameters meet certain conditions, the intervention of the photovoltaic power generation system causes ferromagnetic resonance in the originally stable distribution network.
