Operation Strategy Optimization of VPP Considering Distributed Photovoltaic Resources

Demand response can achieve balance in the electricity market, stability of the power grid, reduction of electricity costs, and development of clean energy. This article proposes a virtual power plant operation mechanism and control strategy. adopt V type of support vector regression machine is used to predict uncertain variables such as renewable energy output, load output, and electricity market prices, and generate typical scenarios of prediction errors. Based on a multi-stage stochastic programming optimization framework, construct an optimization model with the goal of maximizing expected profits and minimizing the non consumption rate of renewable energy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed operational strategy is verified through numerical examples.
