Planning of Integrated Charging and Hydrogen Refueling Stations Under the Coupling of Distribution Network and Transportation Network

Under the background of “dual carbon”, in order to cope with the expansion of renewable energy vehicles dominated by electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel vehicles, and the increase of renewable energy penetration rate in the distribution network, a planning model of charging and hydrogen refueling integrated station with high proportion of renewable energy distribution network and transportation network coupling was proposed. Firstly, the operation framework of the charging and hydrogenation integrated station for hydrogen production coupled with electric hydrogen energy was proposed. Then, the traffic user equilibrium theory model and the Distflow power flow calculation model based on the user equilibrium theory are used to model the transportation network and distribution network, respectively. Then, with the goal of minimizing the annualized operating cost including the investment and construction cost of the integrated station and the operating cost of wind power and photovoltaic, the site selection and capacity setting model of the integrated charging and hydrogen refueling station was established by considering the constraints such as voltage, current, and power balance. Finally, the rationality of the proposed model is verified by the example of distribution network-transportation network with high penetration rate of renewable energy.
