Design and Research of Automatic Press-mounting Equipment for Joint Bearing

At present, the press mounting and rolling of servo mechanism matching joint bearings are mainly completed by manual press and bench drilling machine, and the rolling pressure value cannot be traced and the assembly quality consistency cannot be guaranteed; In order to improve the production efficiency of the workshop and the degree of automatic press-mounting equipment of the joint bearing is designed in this paper. Firstly, the whole structure of the equipment is designed, and the working principle of the equipment is introduced accordingly, Secondly, the key link of the equipment is studied, and the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the key parts of the equipment. The results show that the design in this paper can meet the actual requirements. In the end, experiments are carried out to verify and analyze. The development and application of this equipment is of great significance to improve the production efficiency of bearing pressing and rolling in workshop and to improve the consistency of product quality.
