Research on Predicting the Number of Optimal Accompanying Maintenance Support Groups for Light Damage Equipment

Accurate prediction of maintenance support force is an important premise for deployment and decision-making of equipment maintenance support force. In this paper, the queuing theory is used to establish the optimal accompanying maintenance support group demand model. On this basis, considering the constraints of the average waiting time for maintenance of faulted equipment, a desire model aiming at the intact rate of equipment is constructed to obtain the optimal number of accompanying maintenance support groups. Simulation results show that the model can accurately predict the number of optimal accompanying maintenance support groups.
