Electromagnetic Design of 10kV High Voltage Induction Motor Based on Ansoft Maxwell

High voltage induction motor is a type of motor that has been in use for a long time and has developed rapidly, commonly used in industrial production and transportation logistics fields. Among them, 10kV high-voltage induction motors face challenges in electromagnetic design and start-up. By designing the main dimensions of a 10kV high-voltage induction motor and evaluating its performance in terms of efficiency, power factor, torque, etc. Build a two-dimensional data model on Ansoft, conduct finite element analysis and calculation, and obtain the electromagnetic torque curve of the motor, as well as the magnetic density cloud diagram and magnetic force line diagram of the motor. Use the designed motor to verify the torque change of the motor during constant voltage frequency speed regulation. The simulation results indicate that the designed motor meets the requirements and belongs to level 1 energy efficiency. The research results provide a reference for the design optimization of 10kV induction motors.
