Analysis and Optimization of Low Frequency Noise in an SUV

Due to the mid and low frequency noise of a car is too large under the constant-speed driving condition, this paper applies the OTPA, ODS analysis and CAE analysis to identify the specific influence of the main structure, mode and stiffness of the vehicle on the noise response of the vehicle. The source of the problem is successfully located to the rear subframe, and the rear subframe is improved and optimized accordingly. Finally, the correctness of the scheme is verified by the real vehicle test. Through the combination of OTPA and traditional road test, ODS analysis and CAE simulation, this paper provides a relatively complete and rigorous scheme for solving the problem of interior vehicle noise.
