Analysis and Research on Technical Characteristics of Balance Type Twin-screw Compressor Based on Advantage Structure

This paper introduces the methods of constructing the twin-screw compressor load characteristics which were in the background of the basic performance parameters of the exhaust pressure and the exhaust volume, and some relevant data and charts from them, on the basis of the definition of the load characteristics of twin-screw compressor, the principle of classical mechanics and mechanical work and the traditional theory of the compressor was applied, based on the advantage of balance type twin-screw compressor’ structure; then, the specific expression, the way of expression, the theoretical data and the conclusion analysis of the advantaged characteristics of the exploratory research on the excavation of the technical characteristics of the advantaged structure were given. They can provide a theoretical basis for the advantaged characteristics and value of balance type twin-screw compressor.
