Multi-objective Planning and Solution of Port Dangerous Cargo Container Yard Location Based on NSGA-II

In order to improve the operation efficiency and service quality of port dangerous cargo container yard, this study comprehensively analyzed the capacity scale constraints and site selection compliance of container yard, and established a multi-objective site selection model for dangerous cargo container yard. Based on NSGA-II algorithm, sensitivity analysis is carried out in terms of cover distance and capacity of storage yard. The results show that the cost of site selection increases with the increase of the number of dangerous cargo containers, and the scale effect can be effectively applied by appropriately increasing the threshold of yard capacity, and there is a "marginal decline" law between the storage volume of dangerous cargo containers and the cost. This study can provide decision support for enterprises to increase the handling capacity of dangerous cargo containers and reduce the cost.
