Optimization of Charging Process Parameters for Initiator Based on Orthogonal Experimental Method

In order to optimize the structure and process parameters of the primary charge, this paper takes the output pressure and action time of the electric detonator as quality indicators, and applies the orthogonal experimental method to study the influence of the charge structure and process parameters on the output pressure and action time. The results show that the output pressure, peak pressure time, and action time are the most ideal, when LTNR is selected as the primary charge for the detonator, 2.0mm in diameter, 60MPa in the pressure of the charge, and 40mg in charge weight.
