AGV Structure Design for Transporting Photovoltaic Panels

It has the advantages of simple operation, stable and reliable operation, and safe and reliable operation. Currently, it is widely used internationally in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, logistics, and defense and military industries. AGV has become one of the hotspots in the development of intelligent transportation systems. This article first analyzes the mechanical transmission scheme, and then analyzes and calculates the selection of servo motors and reducers to drive the designed AGV car. Laser navigation is used to avoid obstacles. The small car designed in this design is driven by connecting the drive motor to the reducer and then to the wheels. Analyze and verify the main components of shafts, bearings, and couplings to avoid excessive waste and failure; Finally, the battery of the selected car has reached sufficient capacity and will be recycled for use the next day.
