Forecast Accuracy Analysis of the Dangerous Technogenic Situations Occurrence in View of the Impact of Geo- and Heliophysical Factors on a Human Body Using Recurrent Neural Networks

Complex effect of a number of factors on psycho physiological and psychomotor human condition is especially evident when performing work related to the source of hazards. One of the most common sources of increased danger for today is automobile and road transport. Solving forecasting problem of the average accident rate with the use of recurrent neural networks (RNN) shows sufficient efficiency. The results obtained can be utilized in the process of forecasting: average mortality of the population, including by age categories; morbidity; treatment duration; necessity to allocate the reserve of beds at the emergency department; the result of medical exposure and others.
