Affordability of Health Services for Cancer Patients in Mojokerto Area

The quality of health facilities is very important in providing quality health services to the community. Healthcare facilities are important to provide health services to the community, which is important to improve modern society's quality of life and social welfare. The government has an obligation to provide adequate and quality health facilities to ensure equitable distribution of health services, including equitable distribution of health facilities and accessibility in terms of location. The study using Network Analysis was conducted to determine the accessibility of health facilities in each region in Mojokerto to reach Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto Hospital and/or other facilities that have the same services as Mojokerto Hospital. Based on the results of network analysis, it is known that the range of services and travel time needed to reach Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Hospital, cancer patients in the Mojokerto area require an increase in quantity. This improvement is expected to divide the service area with easier coverage and shorter handling time. This study uses the network analysis method to determine the affordability of health facility services in each sub-district, to go to Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto Hospital and/or other facilities that have the same order as Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto Hospital. Based on the results of Network Analysis measurements, it was found that the range of services and travel time needed to reach hospitals with cancer facilities in the Mojokerto area requires an increase in quantity. This additional quantity is expected to divide the service area with easier coverage and shorter handling time.
