Planning and Thinking on Multi-Energy System Intelligent Control and Simulation Laboratory

This paper proposes a multi-energy system intelligent control and simulation laboratory (MSCSL) with the three major needs including new power system dynamic simulation, new distribution network technology and equipment operation assessment and new power system technology reserve. Detailed planning and design for the laboratory is expounded about recent-term, mid-term and long-term taking into account the foresight and scalability of the laboratory. The planning can effectively support development and promotion of the new distribution system.
