220kV High Voltage Cable Explosion-proof joint Leakage Hole Size Design

In view of the lack of optimal design method for the size design of the energy leakage hole of the common 220kV high-voltage explosion-proof cable joint, this paper proposes the design principle and method of optimizing the size of the energy leakage hole by using the finite element calculation method of temperature field, fluid field and stress field. The energy leakage holes of different opening sizes are designed, and the internal air pressure of the device is calculated on the basis of the energy of the same size of the explosion source. The opening size of the energy leakage hole is r=80mm, which achieves the optimal energy leakage effect. The design method and key parameters proposed in this paper provide a direction for the optimization design of the energy venting hole of the high-voltage explosion-proof cable joint.
