Developing an Internet of Things (IoT) Driven Alert System for Detecting and Mitigating Rash Driving Incidents

Amidst their fervor for speed, heedless drivers remain oblivious to the fact that their actions imperil not only their own lives but also the lives of others. The consequences of such recklessness manifest in daily accidents. Within this study, we shed light on the issue of rash driving. The fundamental objective of this undertaking is to promptly notify vehicle owners when their vehicle is being operated in a reckless manner. Through our innovative rash driving detection system, owners will receive email notifications detailing the occurrence of reckless driving, including the current vehicle location. The identification of instances of rash driving has proven to be an effective strategy in substantially reducing the frequency of road accidents. To accomplish this, we have developed a real-time, high-precision detection and identification system for observing aberrant driving behaviors. This system employs components such as NodeMCU, MPU6050, Ublox-Neo 6M GPS Module, 16*2 LCD Display, and Jumper Wires. The central themes encompassed are IoT, real-time monitoring, Rash Driving Detection, and analysis of driving patterns.
