The rising demand for electric vehicles (EVs) can be attributed to advancements in battery technology and growing environmental awareness in the last few years. However, as EVs become more commonplace, the electrical infrastructure will face difficulties due to rising demand and poor power quality. Power factor correction (PFC) plays a crucial role in mitigating these challenges by improving the power factor of EV charging systems.
