Zone Labelling Model to Prevent Deforestation Using Image Classification

Deforestation is a significant global problem that has detrimental impacts on society, the economy, and the environment. In order to determine how to reduce deforestation, it is important to comprehend its basic causes and how they impact every aspect of the globe. The present paper will discuss the existing techniques of image classification and provide insights into new methods and tools that can be used for classifying images. The paper will also illustrate the potential challenges, such as data accessibility, data quality, and algorithmic bias that arise when using these categories to stop deforestation. The paper proposes a zone labeling model to prevent deforestation using image classification techniques. Towards the end of the paper future directions including new algorithms and sensors have been discussed.
