10 Shades of Severity: A CNN-Random Forest Fusion for Kiwi Black Spot Disease Detection

Kiwi fruit is one of the best vitamin C sources from mother nature and has large applications. Near time 2013 disease black spot come out on ‘CuiXiang fruit ’. Kiwifruit is a very important commercial crop in China. China is the world’s largest producer of kiwifruit. The current review highlights the overall kiwi fruit disease. The disease is called black spots is increasingly in many ‘CuiXiang’ regions. The above disease is reported in China’s different areas of kiwifruit production areas and farms. It is harmful to the fruits of kiwi, and seriously destructed the development of kiwi. This research gives the details of the kiwi and black spots how they rise and how they can damage the kiwi. The current paper also helps to save the fruit from Black spots and increase the quality of the kiwi. For this current paper, more than 4000+ images are analyzed and checked. Class 7 has the highest precision of 86.71 % class 5 has the lowest precision of 70.81%, class 4 has the highest recall of 84.37%, and Class 5 has the lowest recall of 73.09%, furthermore, class 7 has the highest F1-Score of 83.54 % and class 5 having the lowest F1-score of 71.93%.
