Application Research of Differential Privacy Protection Mechanism for Cloud Storage

This paper first introduces the concept and challenges of privacy protection, as well as the definition and characteristics of differential privacy. Then, the measurement and analysis methods of differential privacy are discussed. Then, for cloud storage environment, a differential privacy protection mechanism based on data disturbance and query response disturbance is proposed, and the mechanism based on noise addition and data transformation, and the mechanism based on local sensitive hash, generalization and sampling are introduced in detail. Finally, the experiment is designed to provide an effective privacy protection mechanism for cloud storage platform to help users enj oy the convenience of cloud storage services and protect their privacy from being leaked.
