Design of Human Operation Management System Based on Human-Computer Interaction

The paper first designs and implements a human resources management system with a good human-computer interface based on JavaEE language. Human resource management aimed at breaking down the barriers that are not conducive to corporate growth. This builds an effective development environment for the company's human resource development. It can well solve the coupling problem between various layers. The system has the advantages of simple interface, safe operation, and good human-computer interaction. It realizes many functions. Then this paper proposes a human resource cost estimation method. By collecting the enterprise's human resource cost estimation data, the paper uses the chaos principle to reorganize it and restore its changing characteristics. The “extreme learning machine” was used to evaluate the company's human resource costs and company performance. The research results show that this method can better reflect the cost change characteristics of enterprise employees and improve the effect of enterprise performance evaluation.
