The Environment Construction and Test Research of Diesel Engine ECU Hardware in the Loop Test System

Based on the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test principle of diesel engine electronic control unit (ECU), the HIL test system environment of diesel engine ECU is built from the hardware platform and software platform of the test system. The related signals of the test system were tested, and the emission results of the system were analyzed by the universal characteristic test. The results show that the built HIL test system environment can correctly simulate the sensor signals required for ECU operation, and accurately measure the control signals sent by ECU, and the diesel engine emission test based on this environment has high accuracy. The effectiveness of the HIL test system environment and the feasibility of the HIL test method are verified.
