Analysis of anti-ship missile combat effectiveness evaluation based on GA-SVM model

Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of the influence of marine hydro-meteorology on the combat effectiveness of anti-ship missiles, this paper constructs an assessment model of the influence of marine hydro-meteorology on anti-ship missiles based on the systematic analysis of marine hydro-meteorological elements, combining the support vector machine (SVM) and genetic algorithm (GA). The constructed model is applied to assess the combat effectiveness of anti-ship missiles, and the penalty factors and kernel function parameters in the algorithm are optimized and selected, and finally verified with actual cases. The results show that the accuracy of the model established through the combination of SVM and GA is better, and the model results are more consistent with the actual results. The quantitative results are obtained and the feasibility and scientificity of the method are verified through simulation experiments, which have certain reference value for the command decision-making in modern naval warfare.
