Wireless Monitoring System for Storage Environment of Electric Instruments Based on RFID Chip

Affected by the low transmission power of the RFID chip, the wireless monitoring of the instrument status in the storage environment of the electric appliances often loses information, and the status recording of the instruments is inconsistent with the actual storage situation. Therefore, based on the working parameter characteristics of RFID chip, combined with the storage environment data of electric power instruments, the monitoring system is newly designed. Design is divided into two parts: hardware framework design and software function algorithm design. The hardware framework mainly designs the hardware interface required for monitoring, Standardization through the RFID interface. The full framework interface supports various sensor access based on RFID chip protocol, ensuring the accuracy and stability of wireless monitoring data to the greatest extent; The software algorithm is mainly designed for the position determination of power tools based on RFID technology, the position information encryption calculation based on RFID technology, and the hierarchical communication transmission based on RFID technology. By giving full play to the hardware performance, reasonable allocation of parameter resources makes the system more stable and reliable. Through the comparison experiment of data indicators, it is proved that the design system has the ability to improve the monitoring accuracy, enhance the perception sensitivity of the storage environment, and optimize the wireless transmission quality.
