896Gb/s (112Gb/s×8λ) beam-steered optical wireless communication enabled by a multi-channel transmitter

We demonstrate an 896Gb/s (112Gb/s×8λ) PAM-4 modulated optical wireless communication system over 3m indoor link within 7% FEC limit, supporting 8 terminals simultaneously. This result is achieved using a multi-channel transmitter with 8-channel and 46GHz bandwidth.
