Research on Information Management Platform for Prefabricated Components Based on BIM Technology

In order to solve the problems of lack of data management standards, data transmission bottlenecks, management information silo, low visibility, and insufficient data integration among production, transportation, and construction management units during the construction of prefabricated components, this study first analyzed the limitations of the traditional construction management model. Secondly, based on BIM technology, reengineer project level application processes, develop assembly based BIM modeling standards, and develop an information management platform for assembly based prefabricated components based on BIM technology. The case verification shows that the research results have effectively solved the above problems, and achieved the collaborative management goal of informationization, visualization, and digitization throughout the entire process of prefabricated component construction, improving the social and economic benefits of the enterprise.
