Investigation of Civil Aircraft Airborne System Integration Test Procedure

With the increase in the integration and complexity of civil aircraft airborne systems, the integrated, modular and open architecture of airborne systems has become the trend of future development. The reliability integration test process of civil aircraft developed in this work is based on the demand analysis of test, with “failure” as the platform, and “operational reliability, safety” as the core. The operational reliability and safety test requirements are studied from the perspectives of architecture design, fault tolerance mechanism, monitoring and alarming, and quantitative requirements of reliability and safety, etc.. The reliability integration test workflow is formed based on the functional performance integration test in each phase of the system. In order to effectively apply the results of the reliability integration test to achieve the purpose of “process control, problem regression, test closure and design enhancement”, the process also provides for the design feedback technology research of the reliability integration test results. The feedback mechanism has a great effect on improving the reliability level of civil aircraft system integration. Performing the reliability integration test can enhance the safety and operational reliability foundation of civil aircraft, improve the competitiveness of civil aircraft.
