Reliability Qualification Test Method for Airborne Products with Integrated Software and Hardware

With the development of information technology, integrated hardware and software products are increasingly used in key areas such as aerospace, weapons and equipment, transportation, and communication networks. The interface between product hardware and software has become more and more blurred, and it has been difficult to simply divide the product into hardware part and software part. This paper establishes the construction method of the reliability test profile of the integrated hardware and software products to provide the basis for the reliability test design of the airborne products with integrated hardware and software.
