In order to perceive the operating status of the gearbox in all aspects and find faults in a timely and effective manner, an intelligent operation and maintenance management method for gearbox based on digital twin technology is proposed. By establishing a digital twin model of the gearbox, integrating online physical signals, simulation data, motion models, and offline test data, Build a gearbox health management and predictive maintenance process to realize the perception and prediction. A digital twin prototype system was developed for partial functional verification, which provides a case for the application of digital twin technology.
