Measurements of Security Metrics for Wireless Communications

The design, development, deployment, and operation of wireless networks and communication systems depend more and more on security metrics. Despite their importance, security metrics investigations frequently concentrate on a narrow scope or a well-defined goal. These metrics provide a qualitative and quantitative indication of a wireless communication or system’s security level. They are frequently used to meet security goals and assess a system’s level of security. There is currently no systematic classification of security measures related to wireless or remote communication, despite the use of several security evaluation procedures. This research aims to learn more about the security metrics that are frequently used in security assessments. To tackle this, we propose a methodical organization of current security indicators that are focused on wireless communication. In security and risk theory, policy decisions, and real-world implementation, the importance of network security and resilience is growing. A well-elaborated and acknowledged metrics approach, coupled with assessments, is vital to ensure the necessary security and adaptability of systems.Considering the information provided, this suggested research article classifies and introduces the frequently employed security indicators for wireless communication systems. Initially, researcher organize security assessments into network-centric and host-centric evaluations. Host-centric assessments are categorized as non-probability in expansion to likely, in spite of the fact that network-based measurements are classified as route-based in expansion to non-route-based. Proposes inventive classification of security measurements gives another way to evaluate the security of a remote networks and communication framework.
