Smart Water Monitoring with GSM Alerts: An IoT Approach

This paper introduces an advanced water pipeline monitoring system that optimizes infrastructure efficiency by integrating sensors and intelligent algorithms. The system, powered by an external Arduino board and GSM module, monitors water quality, temperature, turbidity, and pH levels. Unlike existing WiFi-dependent models, our wireless technology-based solution enhances adaptability and connectivity. Simulation results validate its effectiveness, emphasizing feasibility and potential impact. The system also includes an innovative alert feature, notifying users of deviations in water quality parameters, enhancing practicality and responsiveness. This research contributes to the discourse on water infrastructure management, offering a forward-thinking approach for resilient and sustainable practices.
