Peak Valley Coupling Coordination Planning of Distributed Load in Medium Voltage Distribution Network under Multi-Demand Response

At present, the node setting for coordinated planning of distributed load peak valley coupling in medium voltage distribution networks is generally single-layer, coordinated planning is to the limited scope, and the penetration rate is reduced. Therefore, the analysis of peak valley coupling coordination planning of distributed load in a medium voltage distribution network under multi-demand response is proposed. According to the actual planning requirements and standards, first, we determine the load peak valley coupling coordination planning indicators, expand the scope of coordination planning by multi-level means, deploy multi-level MV distribution network coupling coordination planning nodes, build a multi-demand response coupling coordination planning model, and use dynamic network source dispatching to achieve coordinated planning processing. The final test results show that the penetration rate of the coordinated planning obtained by measuring the five selected planning points remains above 30%, which indicates that this planning structure and form can further expand the actual planning scope, eliminate the existing planning errors, strengthen the effect of the coupling coordinated planning in a total of multiple angles, and test the power supply rate of the distributed power supply to the maximum extent, thus reducing the power flow of medium voltage distribution.
