Research on two-level plant-level load allocation strategy for thermal power units based on virtual power plants

Based on virtual power plants, concept of plant-level load allocation strategy for thermal power units is proposed. By adjusting the weights of each objective function, the virtual power plant aims to meet various target needs in different situations. To solve the mathematical model, a predator-predator genetic algorithm is employed. Simulation shows that a two-level plant-level load allocation strategy greatly enhances wind power integration capacity and improves power grid flexibility in the context of new energy and thermal power generation.
